When is rental payment due?

Rent is always due on the 1st of every month.

Is there a grace period?

There is a 10 day grace period before finance charges may be added to the account and the unit may be locked with a manager's lock.

Is a deposit required for rental?

No deposit is required to rent a unit, just rent for the current month.

Are there discounts or coupons offered?

There are no coupons.
The discounts are:

$5 off monthly rent when using recurring payments. Online single payments, cash, check, pay-by-phone do not qualify.
A one (1) month discount is offered if you pay for 12 months upfront.

IMPORTANT: Please use Last Name and Storage Unit # as "Reference/Invoice" (Listed after "Payment Amount") to ensure payment is applied to your account. If you do not have a unit assignment just enter in First and Last Name.
